Dutch extreme athlete Wim Hof got his nickname 'The Iceman’ for his incredible feats of cold exposure endurance, resulting in 26 World Records. He climbed Everest in his shorts, ran marathons barefoot in the Arctic Circle and survived being encased in ice, but it is a little known fact that Wim Hof has been a musician and songwriter most of his life. ‘Freedom’, the first single from Wim’s forthcoming debut album, is a song he wrote at just 18 years old.

Produced by long term musical partner Tahir Burhan, an award winning classical, traditional and flamenco guitarist and composer, the album was 3 years in the making and is a startlingly beautiful set of songs, perfectly representing Wim’s message of achieving better physical and mental health simply through harnessing the power of oxygen and cold water.
